Where We Come From
Wayfinder Grew Out of Something Real.
Wayfinder Travel Academy is a division of Wand & Compass Travel — a full-service travel agency built on the belief that exceptional travel experiences begin with exceptional advisors. For years, Wand & Compass has been helping families, couples, and adventurers plan the trips of their lives. Along the way, we kept hearing the same question from people who loved travel: how do I do what you do?
Wayfinder is our answer to that question. It is not a side project or a passive online course — it is a deliberate, structured program built by working travel professionals who wanted to create the training they wish they had when they were starting out.
