Wayfinder Travel Academy is the education and training division of Wand & Compass Travel — a full-service travel agency with years of experience helping families, couples, and adventurers create unforgettable vacations. We built the Academy because we saw a gap: aspiring travel advisors were being handed a login and left to figure things out on their own.
We believed there was a better way. A way that combined professional curriculum, real mentorship, and a genuine community of support. That belief became Wayfinder.
